Our Project
During the pilot phase, our recycling project is being launched in a specific area of Port of Spain with a radius of 6 km. Our goal is to expand to other areas in 2023, and to reach a 20 percent bottle recycling rate by 2025.
Consumers who live, work or visit will be encouraged to recycle PET plastic bottles through 4 strategies:
- Deposit plastic bottles in 220 local ECO-Bins.
- Deliver directly to the Charlotte Street Collection Center.
- Invite commercial establishments to participate in the program.
- Schedule independent collections.

Testimonials
Blue Waters is proud to support this initiative, which will help reduce the amount of new plastic entering the ecosystem by collecting and recycling what is already there. We want to create an end-to-end circular system; collection, processing and re-use. It is equally important to motivate people to recycle by offering an accessible and sustainable program.”
Caribbean Bottlers Trinidad and Tobago Limited has been committed to sustainability initiatives to improve environmental conditions across the country. With EveryBottleBackTT, we are excited to launch a new pilot recycling program that can bring meaningful change to the reuse of plastic bottles.”
